Interview with Vessy

Who are your clients exactly?

My clients come from a diverse background, some are busy Londoners who understand that their lifestyle and work is affecting their mental and physical health and wellbeing. Others are children with conditions like Cerebral Palsy or 3rd age females and males that are looking to improve strength and balance to remain strong for life. These are kids, men and women between 8-85 yrs who want effective, high quality movement therapy, that will future-proof their bodies for any stage of their lives. They are people who are dealing with niggling aches, back pain, bad posture and joint stiffness, injuries or other conditions that are preventing them from enjoying life to the fullest.

Who can benefit from your classes?

My sessions are suitable for everyone. The small group classes or the private sessions are perfect for all levels of fitness and ability and they are progressive in nature so it’s easy to establish your level and options are offered throughout.
The clinical approach to my therapeutic sessions makes it ideal for supporting those recovering from injury or surgery or with compromised movement ability due to pain, acute or chronic conditions.

Who will your treatments work for?

My treatments are suitable for everyone and for all levels so long you are willing to make a commitment to your own health and wellness.

What type of person do I need to be to make this work?

In order to see any long term benefit, you need to be ready to put in the time and work but also trust and enjoy the process. If you are someone who is open minded and genuinely willing to make the time for the change you seek.

I have tried lots of stuff before and nothing has worked. Does this really work?

The tailor made approach can offer many benefits such as better body and spine alignment, joint mobility and strength. It has changed many of my clients’ lives and made them feel empowered and in control of their bodies once again. These amazing things can be achieved so long you are consistent with your practice and you make it a habit. I will be there for you, to help you along the way, but ultimately you are in control of your own success.

If I’m not sure I’m ready to get started, how can I sample work to see if this is the right solution for me?

That’s totally understandable and that’s why I offer our monthly free taster classes and free consultation. That way will give you a chance to come and meet me and get a feel for my teaching and approach. You can also follow me on Facebook and Instagram for videos tips and news.

What results can I expect?

I am very passionate about what I do and I will tell you what my clients say to me at the end of our sessions. They feel taller and uplifted mentally and physically more dynamic, stronger and incredibly aware of their posture. They are able to catch themselves and correct their posture when they are out and about doing their everyday activities. They feel more confident and less fearful of moving and enjoying their lives and the things that they ones were able to do without thinking about injuring themselves or hurting themselves. Some of them told me how these sessions have changed their lives, they feel calmer, less anxious and better about themselves. So it’s down to you and how you let what we do together help you.

How quicky can I expect results?

There is a famous quote by Anthony Robbins “It's not what we do once in a while that shapes our lives. It's what we do consistently.” I believe it to be true and notice clients In 10 sessions, feeling much better, 20 sessions looking and moving better, 30 sessions having a completely new way about them in energy levels and how they look physically. Of course, that’s only true if you commit to a consistent practice. Two classes a week is ideal but if you can only attend 1 class a week that’s definitely better than not doing anything however you might reach your goals a little slower.

It sounds great but I don't have time?

Is your mental and physical wellbeing and happiness a priority? If yes, then I know you will find the time. Our different packages and especially the tailor made programs and online workouts will ensure that you can keep active almost anywhere. I always say you can make 10 min a day your time to power up, start with 10 and then move to the longer programs but remember little and often is what will bring the long term success.

Do I need to be fit to keep up in the sessions?

No - We have people from all fitness levels, a lot are recovering from injuries or have conditions that will affect them and our philosophy is less is often more but when done correctly can be of greater benefit than forcing and pushing against yourself.

Is it going to be really hard?

You will be progressed at your own pace and abilities. Like anything new, you will need time to adjust and feel comfortable with everything but rest assured that we would never teach you exercises that are impossible, challenging yes, impossible no!

Ok, I know what I need, How do we get started?

All you have to do is fill in the form below for your free taster session and we will get back to you within 48 hours.
