Where are you now?

 

You are dealing with a specific medical condition or recovering from surgery or injury which has made you immobile, weak and scared to exercise in the conventional way.  You are suffering from back pain, knee pain, headaches and have had enough with not being able to live the life you want. You are not alone anymore, these hour long private sessions at Powyoga home studio will give you access to all the support you need to re-gain control over your mind, body and life. You will get taught personalised exercises and receive a lot of hands-on corrections and advice from Vessy. We will agree your goals (short and long-term) and help you track them against progress made during and outside the sessions. You will get bite-sized, personalised exercise plans to do at home so that your progress is faster and more efficient without it taking over your life.
